Hopper Magnets:

Hopper magnets are made of Neodymium magnets with high magnetic coercivity and flux density sealed in 316 / 304 stainless steel.

Trouble free and smooth operation of plastic extrude/molding machines is ensured by the Hopper magnets, which prevents any iron contamination such as nuts, nails, iron bits, etc. that pass through them.

• Highly coercive anisotropic permanent magnet like ferrite / rare earth magnet (neodymium magnet) are contained in Hopper magnet.
• The magnetic field strength can attain a surface gauss level of 3000 ~ 12000 GS .
• The working temperature of the Hopper magnets is ≤ 300°C.
